Yes, isn't it wonderful to be back in season two here in 2021? With 2020 completely behind us, we are excited about the new year and the new opportunities that are coming up. Look at the Ivy League Prep Academy podcast. We know that you are capable of getting into a world class college, but let's be honest, the college admissions process looks daunting.
And you have more questions than answers, right? Are you too young to be preparing for the next step? Which classes or activities will set you apart to an admissions officer? Is beating the odds and getting accepted to a top tier school even within your control? You know, at a time when you should feel excited about the future, sometimes you feel uncertain, and you may even be doubting. You have what it takes to get where you want to go. Look, we believe that the world needs every student to reach their full potential, and college admittance should not hold you back.
My name is Steve Gardner. I'm an educator who's been in your shoes both through my own college admissions process and also helping countless others avoid the pitfalls so that they can see success at the end of their hero's story. The college admissions journey is just amazing.
And look, I've spent time at Harvard University taking classes, and I got my master's degree there. I know what it's like to finish a leadership course where the entire class gives the teacher a standing ovation because we're all touched so deeply. I know what it's like to be absolutely inspired from a random conversation with students at lunch.
And I believe that what I got out of my degree at Harvard was worth the pain and worth the struggle to get there. On this podcast. In season two, we're going to continue to go beyond what we did in season one, where we interviewed students who attended Stanford and Dartmouth and Harvard and other amazing universities.
We interviewed professors from these universities and others, interviewed admissions officers and looked at admissions policies. In season two. We're going to continue to tell you all about this journey and how to see success on your own path.
But I'm really excited that in season two, we're going to get a little bit more into the details. I've met with graduates, admissions counselors, professors to identify the criteria used to select candidates. I've crafted a roadmap for success, and I'm excited to share it with you.
As I'm recording this, our first Cohort of the Ivy League Challenge is underway, and it's just as exciting as the previous cohorts from previous years. This is an amazing group of students, and I'm just impressed that the ambition, the drive, the talent, the kindness, the everything, the level of quality of the students that participate in the Ivy League challenge just continues to grow. I'm absolutely amazed by what middle school and high school students are doing to make a difference in their own sphere of influence.
Taking the Ivy League Challenge is the strongest way to develop you for what's ahead. So if you haven't yet, please do sign up for the waitlist and gain admittance when the next cohort opens. Unfortunately, we are full for January, and we're full for our March cohorts.
And so June is the next available cohort. But we do look to open up perhaps additional cohorts in June so that we can accommodate the increased demand in the Ivy League challenge. We will get to work identifying your personal theme and creating an impact project that will separate you from the field.
By the time you've completed the course, you will be able to flex your unique strengths, demonstrate your history of success, and confidently get accepted to a school you used to think was out of reach. Meanwhile, throughout this season two, we will continue to provide the nuts and bolts of success to help you shift from a self doubting or confused middle school or high school student to an Ivy League scholar. Your path is in front of you.
I believe in you. You can believe in yourself. And I'm committed to making this podcast one of the powerful tools that gets you there.
Join me this year in season two of the Ivy League Prep Academy podcast.
